Our son, Gabriel, continues to express one of the most creative minds I've had the pleasure to experience. Why, just yesterday we set up his new play tent, and before we knew it there were bears, tigers and dinosaurs all over the place. The tent then became his hiding place, and mommy's too. Yes, she was pulled into the tent as part of the game. She's actually pretty creative herself. When it comes to play, we are never out of scope, unless he's on a mission of his own. Most of the time we are either part of the chaos, or we're the animals. Either way, it's never a dull moment! When you consider indoor photography, especially at night, there are a couple of things that I keep in mind...ISO and light source. For this photo, I relied on an overhead living room light shining through the window of the tent, and I increased the ISO to 1600. You may start seeing a little grain in your images, but a higher ISO allows you to shoot at a higher shutter speed and capture the image. As I mentioned in a previous post, to capture the moment some details and settings may not be perfect. Are you excited about the outcome? That's what matters!
